These are generally good observations, but I think you’re exaggerating the success of identitarianism — “so universally acccepted”, “complete and total victory”. You’re here rejecting it, many of those agreeing with you are also liberals (I am one; I was referred by another), and of course most if not all of the liberal Harper’s signatories reject it, your claim notwithstanding. Just because they anticipated a counterargument and planned against it doesn’t mean they consider that counterargument valid or are resigned to living in an identitarian world.
